A La’Viola Clinic Terms & Conditions
By availing of our services, the client acknowledges and accepts the following rules and regulations.
- Procedures are exclusively carried out at A La’Viola Clinic, located at,21 Reindeer Ct, Mealcheapen Street, Worcester WR1 2DS, following prior scheduling and confirmation of the appointment by the reception.
- Appointments can be made in person at the clinic, over the phone, or through private messages on A La’Viola Clinic’s social media profiles on Instagram or Facebook, via email or website.
- Just before the visit, the patient may be asked to confirm their identity by presenting an ID or other photo ID. Refusal to provide identification may result in the refusal of service.
- Before any procedure, the client is required to complete and sign a consent form. Incorrect completion or failure to sign the consent form automatically results in a refusal of service.
- The client is allowed a 10-minute grace period. If the delay exceeds 10 minutes, the appointment may be rescheduled for another proposed date.
- The practitioner has the right to refuse a procedure if the patient has previously undergone an aesthetic procedure that was not performed correctly, or if there are health contraindications for the procedure.
- A La’Viola Clinic reserves the right to refuse service if the client has consumed alcohol, drugs, or other substances that, in the assessment of the A La’Viola Clinic staff, may affect the occurrence of potential complications related to the performed service or hinder its execution.
- A La’Viola Clinic reserves the right to refuse service if the client has not followed the recommendations of A La’Viola Clinic staff regarding the necessary preparation for the service, including, in particular, necessary tests.
- A La’Viola Clinic reserves the right to refuse service if, in the specialist’s assessment, the client is not eligible for a specific service, particularly for health-related reasons.
- A La’Viola Clinic reserves the right to refuse service if the client has not consented to the taking of photographic documentation as part of A La’Viola Clinic’s medical documentation.
- A La’Viola Clinic reserves the right to refuse service if the client has not paid for the service in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation.
- Photos before and after the procedure are available for inspection by the performing practitioner but may not be sent. They are retained for medical documentation.
- The patient has the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 48 hours before the planned visit.
- Purchased procedures are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is possible to exchange purchased procedures for other treatments from the A La’Viola Clinic offer in the form of a voucher or transfer to another person, with the reservation that individual treatment prices prevailing in the price list are taken into account
during the exchange. In the case of a purchased and partially used package of treatments, it is possible to transfer unused treatments, included in the package, to another person.
- In the event of non-confirmation of the visit, or lack of contact 24 hours before the visit, the planned visit is automatically cancelled.
- In the event of non-cancellation of the visit 48 hours before its scheduled date, or non-appearance at the agreed time, the visit, which is part of the package, is considered completed.
- A La’Viola Clinic does not allow for additional payments for individual services to obtain package prices.
- To schedule an appointment at A La’Viola Clinic, the client is required to make a deposit. The amount of the deposit and details related to its payment are fixed and presented to the client by our staff.
- The deposit payment is a necessary condition for confirming the appointment. The reservation will not be considered valid without the payment of the deposit.
- The deposit amount is not dependent on the type of service, the length of the visit, or other factors. The deposit amount is always fixed at £20.
If the client makes a deposit, they will receive a reservation confirmation and a receipt/invoice in electronic form.
- The client is responsible for the correct payment of the deposit and for keeping the reservation confirmation. Irregularities in payment or lack of confirmation may result in the loss of the reservation.
- The paid deposit can be credited towards the full amount of the performed procedure, or it can be used towards the next reserved visit.
- The above points of the regulation apply to all A La’Viola Clinic clients. If the visit is cancelled or rescheduled by the patient without maintaining a 48-hour notice, the deposit is non-refundable and covers losses related to blocking the appointment.
- The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking the visit. In the title, please enter the first and last name as well as the date and time of the scheduled visit. The lack of deposit payment is equivalent to cancelling the reservation.
- The non-refundable deposit is forfeited if the procedure cannot be performed due to reasons on the patient’s side, especially in cases such as non-arrival or cancellation of the visit in less than 48 hours; lack of complete results of ordered tests; failure to follow pre-procedural recommendations; not taking recommended medications.
- The non-refundable deposit does not expire if, during the consultation at the clinic, the performing practitioner does not qualify the patient for the procedure.
- We reserve the right to change the appointment to another date after prior contact with the patient. In case of impossibility to set a new date in the case of deposit payment, the deposit will be refunded.
- A La’Viola Clinic reserves the right to change the price list for services.
- In the event of a promotion on selected treatments, the client has the right to take advantage of it if the appointment was scheduled before the date of the promotion announcement. The condition is to meet the requirements and prepay for the treatment, which is subject to the promotional price during the promotion period. The treatment can be paid for in person at the clinic or by the website or via the link sent by the Clinic, by sending a payment confirmation to the email address: clinic@alaviola.co.uk. The paid treatment is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- Every client has the right to arrange a one-time free post-treatment consultation after a period of 2 weeks from the procedure.
- Procedures are only performed on adults.
- Personal data of Patients will be processed ONLY for the purpose of providing services.
- By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and accepted the regulations.
