We also maintain digital photographic records of patients, which are securely password-protected. These records are stored in a cloud-based format. We do not share medical photographs with other patients, staff, or on social media without the express written consent of all patients. 

The GDPR does not override the law, which stipulates that medical records must be retained for a specific period (typically 10 years), including after the death of a patient. The medical history forms that patients complete in the clinic explain how we use your data and for how long.
