Gift Voucher Sales and Redemption Regulations at A La’Viola Clinic: 

This regulation outlines the general conditions for issuing, rules, and procedures for using Gift Vouchers. 

-The gift voucher is issued on an elegant sheet, packaged in a case or in a envelope, or in an electronic version in a PDF file. 

-The gift voucher is issued after prior payment in full for the value of the selected service in the form of the voucher. 

-The gift voucher can be purchased for any treatment from the A La’Viola Clinic offer or for any amount for one-time use on a single visit. 

-Each gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the purchase date is counted from the date of payment. -If the gift voucher is not used within its validity period, the Client does not have the right to use the purchased service or the amount allocated for the treatment specified in the voucher. -The Client does not have the right to exchange the gift voucher for cash. -The condition for using the voucher is booking the date of the service specified in the voucher by the Client. 

-The voucher can only be used once. 

-In the case of booking a visit, for which the payment method will be a gift voucher, such information must be reported at the time of booking. 

-In the event of failure to cancel the reservation 24 hours before the scheduled visit, the gift voucher will be considered redeemed. 

-The Client is obliged to have the gift voucher with them, which must be presented before the visit. 

-Each gift voucher is personal and is assigned to a specific person. If necessary, it can be transferred to another person.

-The gift voucher is used in its entirety, and there is no possibility of giving change in case the full amount assigned to the voucher is not used. 

-Payments with a gift voucher do not cover treatments covered by promotions. -Payment for a gift voucher purchased directly at the A La’Viola Clinic can be made by cash or card. 

-A gift voucher ordered online must be paid by bank transfer. The Buyer is obliged to send proof of the transfer to the address clinic@alaviola.co.uk along with the necessary information for completion and shipping of the ordered voucher. 

-In the case of payment by bank transfer, a reservation for treatment can be made only after the money is credited to our account. 

The cost of shipping the gift voucher is borne by the Buyer.
